Worst customer service experience ever.. Our order was messed up repeatedly and when we complained we were treated like con-artists trying to scam them out of free food. Their defense?

"We've had a lot of people try to scam us out of food lately."

A great place to eat if you're okay with the fact that the people working there will assume the absolute worst about you (even when you're just trying to get what you PAID for)! Go to any other Taco Bell in Knoxville. Worst customer service EVER.
