Flora West and Brandi are simply The Best!!. I have been with Flo since the early 1990's and have followed her since! She performed a miracle for me after a VERY bad permanent lip liner disaster with a hometown cosmetologist. My lips were lined BLACK!! Flo worked her magic and completely corrected this turning the black liner to a baby blush color. I was amazed! She has since done my upper and lower eyeliner to perfection and my eyebrows to perfection. Then after a breast reduction and lift and very bad scarring of the areola she made this area look soooo much better! Her daughter Brandi's work I have personally seen has always looked like perfection, as well! I would NEVER allow anyone else to come near my face and throughout these past 20 years I have had many Doctors refer me for permanent cosmetic work and the name has always been the same, Flora West! She is not good she is the absolute, very BEST, ever!! Thank you Flo for all you have done for me and for being one of the sweetest people it has ever been my pleasure to know.
