I have had my hair professionally colored allover knoxville tn. and i have had lots of good colors and some not so good colors. i happened to hear about a stylist in clinton tn named Jessica Lay that did excellent color. and being that customer that always wanted not good but GREAT color i was immediately engaged. i make an appointment and was suprised to get a fast appointment. she was very professional and kind. and guess what! I got GREAT color. i very much recommend Jessica Lay! at liquid Salon 865-494-2324
