Best Day Care In Town!. My 2 children have attended Littlebug's Learning Leaf for years. I LOVE THIS CENTER! Including the owner and all the staff. I read an upseting review on here and felt the need to post my own. My children LOVE coming to this school. I have volunteered in my child's classroom and have seen first hand how much the owner and staff love the children. I have never seen them out of ratio. What I have seen is the owner herself being in a room from the time the center opens to the time it closes to make sure all the children's needs are met. She truly cares about the children.

I also love what they serve the children for meals. I have never once seen so much as a pop tart served to any of the kids!

It sounds to me like a shameless plug for another day care center and in the process you have tried to tarnish the name of a great center. Shame on you. I don't know very many day care owners that will give you their own personal cell phone number for you to contact them at any time. If you are looking for quality and someone who will love and take care of your child, please give them a call.

for your childs sake look somewhere else. I have a close friend that worked at this child care facility and was told many things that I feel any parent would want to know. First of all they hardly ever answer their phones, so good luck if your child is sick and you are trying to check on them or if there is an emergency and you need to contact them for your child. Next, their posted meals each week are rarely followed and a typical meal is some kind of pasta and bread because that is the cheapest thing to serve. The blame for this should be placed on the owners since they provide the money to the people that do the shopping and are not given enough money to purchase quality meals. The owners have no real qualifications to run a child care facility of this kind other than possibly working in one in the past. The employees try to make up for the lack of supplies and other necessary items but there is only so much they can and would want to do while being paid barely over minimum wage (some without a raise for years). The ratios are not correct a lot of times because the owners don't want to pay another person a few more hours to help watch the kids. This means your child isn't getting the proper attention/supervision that is required by the state. When they get audited by the various state agencies they scramble to hide receipts and other questionable practices. One recent incident when there was a tornado warning (in the case of a tornado warning the kids are required to be taking to the inside hallways) the kids were let to continue playing in the rooms. If you have had a good experience with this day care you can thank the teachers for caring about the children. If you are looking for a day care ( i also know someone working at Kiddie Kottage) I would recommend Kiddie Kottage or even one of the other nicer ones. They cost the same price or less and as for kiddie kottage I do know the owners take pride in their centers and make sure all of the state regulations are followed.…

Wonderful Daycare. I love this daycare and my child loves going to her "school". She has been taught so many things in the last three years, from potty-training to correct social interaction to writing her name. The staff and owners absolutely put the children's needs first. I will always recommend this daycare to anyone!…
