drivers are very discourteous in traffic. I witnessed one of their drivers talking on the cell phone without a hands free device as per state law not paying attention to the traffic and almost causing an accident and then gave an impolite gessture when he almost hit my vehicle and and then didnot signal and this taxi drivers are supposed to be a " Professional Driver" this is not a proffessinal driver.…
THEY LIED AND LEFT US STRANDED. Terrible!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Left us Stranded. On October 15th called these clowns from Baker Peters in Knoxville. "We will be there is 15 minutes" After 30 minutes I called back, "We are close, be there soon". After another 30 minutes, I called and got a recording that directed me to another number. I called that number and not is service. I made sure Baker Peters will not refer any more business to these inept idiots.…
