Rude and very misleading

I was a good customer for 6 six never missed a payment until I had 2 deaths in my family. I couldn't make a payment so I called to explain that I had to use the money for travel and proper clothes to wear for a funeral. They were very understanding . I wanted to make an interest payment and they suggested that I make a partial payment and then told me they could change my due date from the 1 to the 15 if that would help me. I told them great that would help a lot. I made a partial payment then the next month I made a regular payment and a partial payment and for the month a regular payment. I had $117.00 to left to pay on my partial payment but because I did not pay on the 15 of the month they sent me a letter stating that I was 2 month pass due and they never credited my account for the partial payments at all. I have had a total of 6 deaths in the family in 3 months and 3 were due to cancer. 21st mortgage just dont care they are cold, heartless and greedy. They will call your friends and family they will lie to them and try to get information from them even after you tell them not to call them. Now they want to take me to court and repo my house for being $117.00 behind on one payment and 1 day late on my regular payment. They totally lie about everything including my interest rate when we first started.

They Stink!

This is the worst mortgage company ever! Run like the wind if they want you as a customer and or you are forced to have them as your mortgage company ! See about getting someone else! They constantly harrass you 3-5 times a day call you at work to harrass you as well! Yell and scream at you never letting you get a word in! They should be closed !

21st Mortgage worst company ever!

21st Mortgage is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The have resorted to the lowest standards. They have called all my neighbors, my brother's in-laws and my ex of ten years and told them to have me contact 21st Mortgage. They continue to call me at work 2 & 3 times a day even after I have told them not to call me at and I even faxed them a letter stating not to call me at work. They are very rude, hateful, and yell and scream at me but tell me I don't have a right to yell and scream back. They say they will get me for harassment if I call them and their neighbors, but yet they can harass me 2 & 3 times a day and humiliate me. When asked how they got these numbers, they say they have all my friends and families names and number and will continue to call!

21st Mortgage WORSE

(21st Mortgage is THE WORST COMPANY to deal with.They call every day three to four times a day.I'm on a buget right now.They don't care.I didn't get pay my taxes yet and they sends letters tell me if I DON'T PAY THEM they will pay them Iwould have pay them inescrow account.I was pay my taxes.The workers have know manners and are VERY rude on the phone.

21st Mortage, a crappy place to work, a poor choice for customers

The only thing worse than having a mortagage with 21st is working for them. Most of us work like slaves for very low salaries. Others get to go play politics and barley work at all. I can't wait to leave this place. The conditions are poor and the morale is worse. Our bosses and the teachers pet care more about politics than they do our customers, who they treat worse than the employees.

WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY OUT THERE

21st Mortgage is THE WORST mortgage company I've ever dealt with. Because I got the house in a divorce, when they assumed our mortgage, they refused to speak to me, the LEGAL owner of the house, because my name wasn't on the mortgage. But they will call multiple times a day if the payment is ONE DAY LATE. They are rude, hateful, and very inconsiderate. Not to mention their terms are unbelievable ridiculous! I've been paying on my mortgage for 6 years now and still have barely made a dent in the principal because of their terms. Your payment doesn't have to be late, just past 30 days since the LAST payment, and they consider it late and absolutely NOTHING you pay goes to principal. IT"S ROBBERY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT ACCEPT THEM BUYING YOUR MORTGAGE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!
