Great personal attention to needs, great staff, great selection

Though I'm a keyboard player by trade, I also play guitar, engineer (live and recorded), and generally do whatever needs to be done in the area of the musical field in which I find myself. The fine folks at Rik's have fulfilled my every need. Rik, Beau, Chris and company are there at your beck and call, and will do everything within their power to make certain you are satisfied. I cannot more highly recommend them.

Whenever there has been a problem they have stepped up to the line and have taken the manufacturers by the horns, making them see things from the customer' point of view, and making certain that, even if my desires can't be 100% met because of bureaucratic corporate policy, I go away a happy, and returning, customer.
